I believe in the transformative power of empathy and in the healing that comes when we create space in our lives for restorative experiences. I have come to believe that when we begin to take steps toward personal wellness, a special kind of bravery begins to grow inside of us. With compassion and consistency, it is this kind of strength that I love to highlight.

I provide mental health and wellness training to corporations, nonprofit organizations, and churches.

Areas of specialty include trauma-awareness training, leadership development, attachment-based parenting and mentoring, spiritual health and safety, spiritual harm prevention and recovery, and exploring the theological and biblical frameworks of suffering, community, and conciliation.

All my workshops, training seminars, and special events aim to honor, empower, and further equip those I work with to flourish in all areas of their lives.

My clinical work has focused on helping children, teenagers, and adults better navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, neurodiversity, and interpersonal/relational stress. In the therapeutic context, I've enjoyed utilizing attachment-based treatments, expressive arts therapy, logotherapy, social-emotional awareness training, healthy coping strategies, mindfulness techniques, experiential therapy, and trauma-informed play therapy to help empower my clients to find peace and courage as they move toward emotional wholeness.

I've received training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI), leadership development, mentoring, and clinical supervision certification.

As a National Certified Counselor™, I am specifically licensed to practice therapy in the State of Utah as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) & Approved Clinical Supervisor, as well as in the State of Colorado as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Theology with Honors in the EU, and went on to receive my Master of Arts with Highest Honors in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. I'm currently working on my Doctor of Ministry degree in Spiritual Formation & Leadership at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

It is a deep joy of mine to work with underserved populations. I have experience providing trauma-informed therapy to refugee children and their families, facilitating mental healthcare workshops in cross-cultural environments, and presenting research-based, attachment-focused trainings to ministry leaders, teachers, and the general public. I love helping people understand their own mental/emotional health in accessible and practical ways.
